A passionate property investor with a portfolio exceeding $25 million, Gerard shares his expertise to help clients build wealth and achieve financial freedom. He holds a Certificate IV and Diploma in Financial Services and is a professional member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). David Friend has been a key member of Tiffen & Co since 2000, bringing exceptional expertise and dedication to the team. Promoted to shareholder and Director in 2005, David's leadership has earned him a spot among Australia's Top 100 brokers and recognition in the 1st XI National Mortgage Brokers Award, ranking him in the top 11 brokers within the aggregator group.
David's credentials include a Diploma in Finance, Mortgage Broking, and Mortgage Broking Management. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, fine wine, and outdoor adventures like skiing and camping. Family is central to his life, with 8 children, 8 grandchildren, and more on the way. Each morning, David starts his day walking his two energetic kelpies, embracing life with enthusiasm and vitality.

Patrick Bouquiaux has been with Tiffen & Co since 2003, becoming a shareholder in 2012 and now serving as a Board Member. Recognised for his leadership, he consistently ranks among Australia’s Top 100 Mortgage Brokers and is a 1st XI National Mortgage Brokers Award recipient.
Known for his honesty and personalised approach, Patrick, supported by his team, offers expert guidance in both commercial and residential property, ensuring clients feel confident in their financial decisions.
Outside of work, Patrick is a devoted husband and father who enjoys golf and supporting his sons’ rugby careers.

Over 80% of Peter’s business comes from existing clients or their personal referrals, a testament to his customer-focused approach. Peter consistently goes above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.
With a wealth of experience and support behind him, Peter assists clients in reaching their goals, from buying their first home to building an investment portfolio and beyond.

With over 15 years in the broking industry, Leisa joined Tiffen & Co in 2009 and quickly developed a passion for finance. She holds a Diploma in Finance, Mortgage Broking, and Mortgage Broking Management.
As the only female broker on the team, Leisa is committed to supporting women in the industry. Her achievements include being an ACT Justice of the Peace, sharing insights in Mortgage Professional Australia Magazine, and being a finalist for the 2024 Elite Business Women awards.
A wife and mother of two, Leisa understands the balance between professional and personal responsibilities. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve their property and financial goals, ensuring they feel confident and informed.

With over 15 years mortgage broking experience, Alison Nolan is Tiffen & Co’s most experienced executive and administration manager. Working hand in glove with Gerard since her move from the real estate industry, Alison has been integral in achieving record breaking targets and contributed to the building of the capital’s number one mortgage brokerage.
Her strong personal drive and work ethic sees her continually building upon her financial management knowledge and utilising her productive working relationships across the sector to consistently exceed clients’ expectations. In addition to her experience, Alison has completed a Diploma in Business Management, Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) and a Diploma in Financial Services.

Aimee joined the company in January 2022 as Gerard Tiffen’s Personal Assistant. With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry and a strong background in administration, Aimee quickly adapted to her role, providing invaluable support to Gerard with his high business volume. Known for her warm and calm personality, Aimee is a cherished member of the team.
Outside of work, Aimee enjoys relaxing down the coast with her family and friends, often accompanied by her beloved dog, Ruby.

Madison joined Tiffen & Co in 2022 as the Personal Assistant to Patrick Bouquiaux. With an attention to detail that sees her achieve high quality in her work and service beyond expectations, Maddie expertly balances Patrick's busy workload while also serving as our dedicated events coordinator, organizing all office functions and work retreats.
As an aspiring broker, Maddie is currently pursuing her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and her Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys exploring new culinary experiences and sharing a glass of champagne with friends and family during special occasions.

Renowned for her cheerful and positive demeaner, she excels in meticulous attention to detail, skilfully managing calendars, overseeing a portfolio of client loan applications from start to finish, and assisting with office reception duties.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys early morning Pilates classes, walking, and immersing herself in podcasts and music.

Residing on the scenic island of Cebu in the Philippines, Zai enjoys long walks, hikes, and capturing the beauty of nature through photography, especially sunrises and sunsets.

Kathy, after returning to Canberra following a 20-year absence, has fully embraced her role as Director of First Impressions at Tiffen & Co. With 18 years of experience as a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager, along with the successful management of three pubs, Kathy brings a wealth of social and interpersonal skills to her position. She ensures that every client’s first interaction with Tiffen & Co. at the front reception is both memorable and welcoming.
Outside of work, Kathy loves exploring Canberra with her husband and doting on their adorable granddaughter. A fan of gin and tonic and chardonnay, she knows how to enjoy life’s simple pleasures.
