Tom joined Tiffen & Co in April 2006, bringing with him a strong sense of customer service gleaned from his customer sales background. Previously, Tom owned a retail business in which he built an unsurpassed reputation for customer service and quality, in an industry not normally known for these traits!
Throughout his working life, Tom has demonstrated his strong belief in corporate ethics and displays his personal ethos of honesty and integrity in every aspect of his life. In a professional capacity, Tom was a Director of the Motor Trades Association of the ACT for 3 years and was also an Executive Member of the Phillip Business District Association for 7 years.
