Gerard Heffernan has been involved in the Financial Services industry for over 25 years. The past 10 years he has worked in the Canberra region as a Mortgage Broker with The Mortgage Detective and Tiffen & Co. In October 2008, these two prominent mortgage broking firms merged, at which time Gerard was welcomed into the combined business as a shareholder.
Gerard has bought and sold property over the past 20 years and knows first hand what to expect during the purchase process. Gerard understands that structuring your finances correctly at the outset will ultimately save you time and money.
Gerard has completed a range of educational qualifications including a Diploma in Business Management, a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) and is currently completing his diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management).
Gerard is supported by his Personal Assistant Morgan Skillman and together they provide an efficient and effective avenue to help clients into a better financial position.
