A passionate advocate for the mortgage industry, David Friend joined Tiffen & Co in 2000 as a Mortgage Broker, and was welcomed as a shareholder and director in 2005. He has been ranked in Australia's Top 100 brokers for the past five years.
David believes Tiffen & Co. is unique in many ways. "Tiffen & Co offers a great service to our clients. We have access to the best products and packages on the market & have the experience necessary to tailor structures to each client's requirements". It's for this reason that David cannot picture himself ever leaving the industry. In addition to residential loans, David is also able to assist his clients with commercial lending, being accredited with all major lenders.
David enjoys being actively involved in the property market and has purchased a number of investment properties both in Canberra and interstate. He has first hand knowledge of the investment market and a number of professional contacts to assist clients in many different areas of expertise when the time is right.
Outside work, when David isn't entertaining or spending time with his family, he can be found playing Oztag or cricket, or supporting his local sporting team.
